Minutes of MEETING of the Assets Committee held on Monday 12th December 2011
PRESENT: Cllrs. Ambridge, Bird,
Fowler, Haywood, Higgs, Lloyd, Mantle, Pickard, Scarborough (in the chair), Williams,
Wright and Young.

WHITES FIELD COMMUNITY HALL
WF.1 A meeting with CYFC
regarding the electrics was discussed. Concerns were raised over the cost of
the floodlights. The Clerk will contact Terry Devine to discuss this.
WF.2 The Clerk reported on annual
costings and income at Whites Field Community Hall: currently the hall costs
£5.00 per hour for hall hire and CYFC pay £2.50 per hour for hire.
The
Clerk to look at all running costs per annum for WFCH including electricity and
water compared to previous years prior to the MUGA installation.
Regular
users of the hall are Chinnor Youth Club and Chinnor Youth Football Club.
HILL ROAD RECREATION
BUILDING
HR.1 Plumbing of the sink
required along with a splash back. Cllr Scarborough to obtain 2 keys cut of the
building and then The Clerk to arrange a contractor.
HR.2 Leaking toilet to be
repaired asap.
HR.3 A skip required filling up
from the ivy and rubbish cleared form the building.
HR.4 Electrics in the building
is still a huge issue. Another contractor will be asked to quote for works
inside and also an outdoor light.
OTHER MATTERS
OM.1 The Clerk is waiting to
hear back from Taylor Wimpey to finalise a meeting date to come to an agreement
over land usage and identify the size of the land being signed over to the
Council.
The
Clerk to chase for a date in early January.
