PLANNING APPLICATIONS

PO9/E1178 Info only. Amendment to planning application for land to rear of 24 Oakley Road.

PO9/E1273/LB Listed Building Consent. Demolition of redundant/derelict pig sty, construction of extension to form annex/guest accommodation including conversion of existing workshop/store at Allnutts Farm, Henton for Mr and Mrs Siddle. Recommendation: Approval

PO9/E1374 New garage building for domestic purposes at Pheasant Cottage, Red Lane for Mrs Garnish. Recommendation: Approval

OM.1 Green Infrastructure Strategy Consultation by SODC passed to Cllr Wright.

 

 

CLERKS REPORT:

CR.1 The Clerk reported we are out of grit and sand in the village. The car park at Mill Lane has remained shut today as it was deemed dangerous though Cllr Haywood said it did cause issues at the school collection time today.

CR.2 Mill Lane car park gate numerical padlock lock has now gone missing and the old key lock has now re-appeared so the gate is remaining locked by the key lock.

The written agreement with CYFC was discussed and a formal agreement to be drawn up soon.

Cllr Wright proposed a group look at this:  Cllr Haywood, Cllr Ambridge and Cllr Pullen, seconded by Cllr Mantle.

CR.3 NAG meeting to be attended by Cllr Wills and Cllr Dix on 4th February.

CR.4 Waste collection changes have been emailed to as many residents as possible.

CR.5 Cllr Dix to contact a concerned resident of Spriggs Alley regarding salt bins.

CR.6 Lord William School project to be attended by The Clerk and Cllr Andrews.
