- 7. TERMS OF REFERENCE
New Terms of Reference accepted (with amended wording) for the Community Project (New Pavilion) Committee. Cllr Young proposed and Cllr Williams seconded. All in favour.
- 8. STANDING ORDERS
Proposal by Cllr Wright to add a new Standing Order - SO36 (IV) Seconded by Cllr Williams. All in favour. The Community Project (New Pavilion) Committee has the authority to make decisions that comply with project, building, funding and business plans approved by Council; also to authorise payments of invoices if they are within the budget agreed by Full Council. Provided that, within all cases, the action of the committee is noted specifically in the minutes.
- 9. REVIEW OF SPENDING LIMITS (SO 58)
At present: ‘A ‘- £5,000 and ‘B’ - £20,000. As per Standing Orders item 58a.
To be discussed at the next F&GP Committee
10. REVIEW OF ALLOTMENT RENTS
Allotments rent presently: £505.00 per annum. Proposal: Cllr Ambridge proposed this amount remains the same for the next financial year only. Seconded by Cllr Pickard. All in favour
11. REVIEW OF COUNCILLORS REMUNERATION
At present: Parish Council accepts the basic councillors remuneration. (Parish Remuneration Panel) that is available to Councillors of £273.41 each (band 2). Increased by 5.2% (RPI September 2011) Proposal to accept above figures by Cllr Fowler, seconded by Cllr Mantle. All in favour.
12. REVIEW OF MILEAGE ALLOWANCE
Proposal by Cllr Wright to increase the mileage allowance to 45p per mile from 1-4-12 seconded by Cllr Fowler
13. MINUTES of the Full Council meeting held on 2nd April 2012 were signed by Cllr Haywood.
D/Cllr Hood discussed the housing rules and reported on the new proposed policy to allow more families in local areas to qualify for local housing.
