Minutes of the meeting of the above Full Council held on 2nd July 2012
PRESENT: Cllrs. Ambridge, Bird, Fowler, Haywood (in the chair), Higgs, Lloyd, Marlow, Pickard, Scarborough, Williams, Wright and Young.
APOLOGIES: Liz Folley (Clerk), Cllr Mantle, D/Cllr Hood.

OPEN FORUM: 3 members of the public were present
Concerns from the public were raised over the general state and tidiness of the Playing Fields area. Old benches, seats and rubbish is dumped around the building and has been for many weeks. A huge level of decay seems to be happening. Railings in the playing fields were discussed and the increased amount of vandalism on the benches and seats in the stands. Concerns were also raised about the proposed new pavilion if we hire the facility out as we have many halls for hire in the village, all in direct competition.
Cllr Haywood explained the Councils position and Cllr Young and Pickard and Bird all explained the current situation with the CPFMC and the Trustees.
4. MINUTES: Minutes of Full council meeting dated 11th June 2012 were proposed by Cllr Pickard and seconded by Cllr Ambridge. All in favour. Cllr Haywood signed the minutes.
Jo Wills reported that Safe and Sound Playground had been instructed to repair a few items of damage in Conigre play area – totalling approx £500.00. A date for repair will be advised soon.
Jo Wills read out the PCSO report and apologies for no representatives attending the meeting.

7.4 F&GP dated 25th June 2012 was signed by Cllr Ambridge
7.4.1 The initial weeding quote received (with Thame Road pathway added on free of charge) was discussed. It was agreed to weed control the entire village and was proposed for approval by Cllr Pickard and seconded by Cllr Scarborough. All in favour.
A line to be added to the next Pump article regarding the weed control plans.
7.4.2 Letter re meeting on 16July between CPC, Trustees and users of S&SC to be sent by email and post to all members of the CPFMC. All Parish Councillors are requested to attend also.
Cllr Bird will contact Martin Reed regarding a possible Chairman for the meeting.
7.4.3 Additional Bills were approved for payment.
