PLANNING APPLICATIONS

P11/S0054 Amended Details. Demolition of existing single storey wing and erection of a two storey side extension and single storey front, side and rear extension (as amended by drawings) at Elm End House, Henton. Recommendation: Approval

P12/S0363 Amended Details Erection of single storey extension and alterations, and detached garage including car port. (As amended by drawings) at The Farmhouse, Henton.

Recommendation: Approval

P12/S0381 Demolition of the existing garage and erection of a two storey side extension at Rolands, Henton. Recommendation: Approval

P12/S0994/CA (Conservation Area) Demolition and re-construction of boundary wall at The Rectory, High Street. Recommendation: Approval

P12/S1097/HH Erection of garage at Marlow Wood, Chinnor Hill. Recommendation: Approval

P12/S1110/HH Single storey rear extension. First floor extension over garage. Extended garage at 26 Hedgerley. Neighbours comments were considered. Recommendation: Approval

Cllr Lloyd left the meeting

P12/S1210/HH Partial demolition of existing single storey extension, new single storey extension at 50 High Street. Recommendation: Approval.  Cllr Lloyd re-joined the meeting

P12/S1214/HH Single storey front extension at 25 Wykeham Rise. Recommendation: Approval

P12/S1257/HH Removal of timber garage and existing entrance porch. Construction of new 2 storey side extension and new entrance porch at 28 High Street. Recommendation: Approval

 

PLANNING DECISIONS: Planning Permission Granted by SODC

P11/E2532 Permanent retention of pre-school building at Jack and Jill Pre-School, Mill Lane.

P12/S0565 Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of a replacement dwelling house at Silvanus, Chinnor Hill.

P12/S0668/LB Repointing work to 4 chimney stacks at Henton Lodge Farm, Henton.

P12/S0686/LDP Certificate of lawful use or development for loft conversion at 3 Conigre.

P12/S0651/FUL Conversion of public house to four self contained flats with associated parking and communal gardens. Erection of a two storey and single storey extension, erection of infill extension front. Rendering of walls at Royal Oak public house.

P12/S0503 Demolition of existing garage and erection of a two storey side extension and new open porch to front door at 58 Station Road.

P12/S0363 Erection of single storey extension and alterations and detached garage including car port at The Farmhouse, Henton.

 

PLANNING CORRESPONDENCE

PC.1 Whites Field extension proposals were discussed. A site visit to be arrange: Cllr Wright, Scarborough and Williams to try to attend.

PC.2 Proposed new build at S&SC. The re-location of CPC office was discussed but no conclusive decision was made. The Council will request to view the plans prior to planning application submission.
