P12/S0381 Demolition of the existing garage and erection of a two storey side extension (as amended by plans accompanying email) at Rolands, Henton. Recommendation: Approval
P12/S1110/HH Single storey rear extension. First floor extension over garage. Extended garage at 26 Hedgerley. Recommendation: Approval
P12/S1272/HH Erection of a pre-fabricated timber granny annexe in rear garden at 47 Greenwood Avenue. Recommendation: Approval – with condition that it should never be granted separate access and should always be ancillary to the property.

PC.1 South Oxfordshire Submission Core Strategy was discussed.
PC.2 The developer Vanderbilt Homes, currently building the new development (9 properties) off Icknield Way beyond Hernes Oak would like a name for the development. They have put forward the name Wheatfield after the alias name of the property that previously stood on the land. Approved
PC.3 The Parish Council to comment on Boundary Review for South Oxfordshire – a dividing line in Chinnor is not required.
PC.4 Approval of submission of plans for proposed new Pavilion on the Playing Fields. SODC fee for submission will be £1340.00. Approved and the cheque was raised.
PC.5 We have received 2 skate park complaint letters. The Councillors to monitor the skate park and a sign to be put up asking all to leave by 9pm. A visit to the neighbours will be arranged.
