PLANNING APPLICATIONS

P12/S1576/RAD Retention of free standing church notice board at St Andrew’ Church

Recommendation: Approval

P12/S1758/LDP Certificate of lawful development: Single storey rear extension at 10 Church Road

Recommendation: Approval

P12/S1821/HH Demolish conservatory and erect a single storey rear extension at 12 Church Lane

Recommendation: Approval

P12/S1837/FUL Replacement factory at Chinnor Turf and Paving Supplies.

CLERKS REPORT: Report

CR.1 SODC have agreed for the mobile fish and chip van to be at the top of the High Street. A Monday night is preferred from 6pm to 9pm. The Council to monitor litter carefully during the trial.
