Question time: Two members of the public spoke about the change of use at OKL as they are interested in purchasing a property with a view to the Day Care Nursery.

Concern was raised with regard to the OKL application as the resident believed that there were no obligations for S106.

Also the resident believes that the P14/S0953/O is premature. It is a Green field site and recommends that Brown Field sites should be considered prior to agricultural land. It was also noted that there is an adequate 5 year housing supply.
