MINUTES of the Meeting of the FULL COUNCIL MEETING held on Monday 9th April 2018
PCSO Monthly Report – Sergeant Anns and Neighbourhood Officer Taylor attended the meeting to discuss the current PCSO contract. The statistics show that crime has reduced in the Chinnor area and it is a safe place to live. Our PCSO, Graham Davie, is very proactive gaining local information. It was advised that the Neighbourhood team email can be used to report any issues concerning vehicles / drug use etc – all of this information is collated to advise the officers where to attend. It was noted that if CPC withdraw PCSO funding for 2018-2019 we would see a reduction of PCSO attendance and it would be a reactive service we receive from TVP.
Cllr Williams thanked all for attending.
Apologies for absence: Cllrs Ashdown, Bird, Wright, Minter, D/Cllr Lloyd, C/Cllr Matelot and D/Cllr White
