Public Question Time – No public were present.
D/Cllr Lynn Lloyd reported that the Chinnor War Horses have requested to lay a lantern in the war memorial on Christmas Eve. CPC fully support this although concerns on safety were discussed. Our PCSO will not be available during the early evening to assist. D/Cllr Lynn Lloyd will discuss with the RBL.

8.1 Cllr Young proposed to approve the Budget for 2019-2020 and precept demand of £305,866.00 – seconded by Cllr Rowton-Lee. Cllr Williams signed the Precept request letter.
9.1 The resignation from Sandy Watson was accepted and she was thanked for her commitment. As the elections are in May 2019 no co-option will take place.
9.2 Donkey Lane Orchard lease was discussed – a few errors have been noted and changes need to be made so the Council agreed it needed to be reviewed again at the next Full Council meeting. Proposed by Cllr Higgs and seconded by Cllr Haywood. All in favour.
