Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee held on Monday 17th December 2018

Public Question Time: 3 members of the public were present

2 members of the public are concerned about the A2 Dominions site on Mill Lane – Thames Water has recently installed pipes and CPC will now investigate the drainage route agreed.

The heights of the dwellings are a concern – CPC assured the residents that Enforcement is investigating.

The Variation of condition of the relocation of sub station and build of garages – the garages are currently being built prior to application determination.

1 member of the public detailed the objections raised over the application at High Acres – impact on the AONB, un-neighbourly with plant room being so close to boundary with the noise and height of roof intrusive.

The Clerk to contact the officer regarding the confusion over the drawing – which does not show the access point that OCC are referring to in their letter. No decision can be made until the details are clarified.

Proposal: Replacement of existing outbuilding with addition of side extension forming new sun-room. (as amended by plans received 26 November 2018 - changes set out in agent's covering email dated 26 November 2018, as amended by plan received 29 November 2018 showing two rooflights on east elevation).

Concerns raised over potential noise due to the location of the plant room being in such close proximity to the boundary, plus the roof height a concern.
