5. Development Updates were noted
Old Kiln Lakes: Appeal on fencing dismissed.
No change on land transfer and turning circle issue to date.
Bellway Development, Crowell Road: The development is nearly completed.
The hoggin path around the drainage pond is wet and the ground workers will raise this section.
A2 Dominion / NK Homes, Mill Lane: "Not suitable for vehicle sign" on Mill Lane (after development entrance) still ongoing! A new one now ordered and will be reinstated.
Bovis development, Lower Icknield Way: Open space / play area and pond area will be constructed in August / September time.
Bloor Homes, Mill Lane: Ongoing items still waiting an answer...
• New wooden bollards to replace the old back ones in the old junction
• Signage on the main road advising of the new community car park
• Hedgerow needs a tidy up - we are advised that all netting now removed
• General tidy up of open space and removal of stones and level - replace with top soil
• New pavement area all splitting and breaking up – to be investigated
Persimmon Homes, Greenwood Avenue: Amended plans now received for review and recommendation.

Proposal: Reserved Matters application for the construction of 132 dwellings with associated infrastructure, landscaping, parking, open space and reptile habitat. Application considers details of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale, following grant of outline planning permission P16/S3284/O. (as amended by plans and accompanying information received 2 April 2020 amending the layout and design of the proposal).

This application goes against the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan CH H8
Poor design – the layout is not in keeping with the surrounding developments and appears to be a very urban form of development in a rural setting.
This amendment has not addressed our previous layout and design concerns at all.
Concerns over the loop road structure – remove circular "racetrack" routes.
Concerns remain over the levels and height of dwellings.

9. Neighbourhood Plan
9.1 Cllr Williams proposed to accept the amendments as stated by The Planning Inspectorate to CNP 2011-2034 Final Submission April 2020. Seconded by Cllr Ashdown. All in favour.
10.1 Traffic survey – Officers report.
Cllr Ashdown proposed to proceed with this project, subject to funding being available, and to obtain quotes and begin the public consultation process (at a cost of £1500.00) Seconded by Cllr Archer. All in favour.
The Clerk advised the railing on Thame Road would cost in the region of £2000.00 – if all pass the area and see cars parked on the pavement please take a photo, as this will enhance our need for railings.
