Public Question Time: 5 members of the public were present.
Two members of the public were present regarding concerns over Lower Icknield Way and the damage caused by recent numerous developments. The pavements are in a dangerous state. Dust pollution, white paint spray and path issues are a concern over the Bovis Development.
Two Councillors have taken on the site as representatives and will visit site shortly.
One member of the public was present to raise objections on the application for 22 Oakley Lane.

2) The site is not in the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan but it maybe included as a site if deemed to be brownfield. If the indicated density of the site were to be reduced to match the remainder of Chinnor Hill this could be considered as infill. Brownfield and Infill are permitted in CNHP.
3) We support the concerns outlined in the Chinnor Conservation Board submission.
4) The current design raises concerns over the safety of the access.

7.1 The development drainage strategy – as per email from SODC planning – The Clerk to contact TW and SODC and request information on the coordination of pumps along with new pipes and pumps to be fitted asap.
7.2 Alleged Breach SE18/376 – erection of fence exceeding 1m in height adjacent to the highway at Well Cottage, Greenwood Avenue.

7.4 Planning application response time for PIP / TDC – to be viewed at Full Council if dates need.
7.5 Report from Cllr Williams regarding Risborough area community bus service – noted.
7.6 Community Orchard – Cllr Williams proposed to approve and sign the agreement with The Chilterns Conservation Board for this project to be part of the Chalk, Cherries & Chairs Landscape Partnership Scheme. Seconded by Cllr Ashdown – all in favour.
