Public Question Time – Maureen Dyroff stated that she has at least 8 people keen to volunteer at the community allotment. A professional garden planner will assist and will be considering trees, wildlife and raised beds for flowers, fruit and vegetables. Hope that there will be a management contract between Greening Chinnor and CPC.

Current situations

Bovis Homes – Pavement repairs now completed.

A2 Dominion / NK Homes – Safety barrier removed without permission. Temp barrier in situ until the new staggered barrier arrives for fitting. There will be a 2m gap between the staggered barriers leaving adequate space for scooters and prams / barriers are ordered and awaiting delivery, chapter 8 barriers will be left in place until permanent barriers are installed.

The 2 timber bollards that were installed as per 278 layout agreement adjacent to the tactile in front of number 75, these have now been removed. The school sign is being re-installed. Regarding the wig wags, to our knowledge there was only one original wig wag/school sign which we will be re-installing asap. They are tarmacking the footpaths

Allotment area – specification to be reviewed and CPC requirements agreed.

Bloor Homes – Road closures have almost finished! It appears the bus stop lining has been completed in the wrong location – requested OCC do a site visit urgently.

Bellway Homes – Right of way being blocked has now been corrected and accessible.

Taylor Wimpey – The Carriages – Ongoing concerns with TW management company. Cllr Ashdown reported sewage problems believed to be from this development which causes problems to residents at Cleavers. Thames Water have been informed.

Taylor Wimpey – OKL – CPC waiting on paperwork for land ownership agreements before the turning circle roadworks can be completed. Solicitors now appointed to finalise hand over (TW paying legal fees)

Persimmon Homes – Planning application to be submitted to SODC.

SODC Enforcement cases – under investigation or being monitored

SE19/399 – 67 Lower Icknield Way

1) dwelling not built in accordance with P14/S3303/RM; and 2) without planning permission the change of use of the dwelling to a guest house

We have met with the owners and they have been given until the 22 September to submit further information to enable the officer to confirm the legal status of the buildings and uses. Investigation is therefore ongoing. Officer Rob Cramp

SE19/389 – Land off Thame Road

Breach of condition 20 of P15/S0779/FUL (details approved under P18/S1131/DIS). Road works not implemented prior to occupation of dwellings.
