Recommendation: Objection

CPC have noted the changes and amendments but these make no material difference to the objections already submitted.

The design of the building is over bearing to 24 Oakley Lane

The amount of extension on the existing building is considered to be over development

The nearness of extension to number 24 is considered un-neighbourly and will lead to a loss of light and over shadowing.

Proposal: Demolition of the existing garage and the erection of a pair of single storey two-bedroom semi-detached dwellings with access, parking and amenity space.

Address: 46 Elderdene

9.1 Alleged Breach SE18/376 – erection of fence exceeding 1m in height adjacent to the highway at Well Cottage, Greenwood Avenue – case has been closed as all permissions have bene given.

9.2 Notice of making an order – Chinnor Footpath number 11 and number 14 – noted.

CPC fully support the additional two classrooms. CPC would have preferred a larger classroom teaching block to be built at this time, as the need for additional space is increasing.

CPC do realise that the sensible aim is to redevelop the entire site as the existing buildings are long time expired.
