Public Question Time: 1 member of the public was present to express concerns over P18/S1898/HH and detailed the neighbours objections on this application.

A2 Dominion – Cllr Ashdown and Cllr Williams reported on site visits.

Bloor Homes – Discharge of conditions P18/S2413/DIS and timeline to review

Bellway Homes – Traffic lights until mid September for gas works and pavement works.

Taylor Wimpey – Development progressing well and play area looks great.

Application Ref: P18/S1898/HH – Amended Details

Proposal: Erection of part two storey, part single storey side and rear extension incorporating attached garage and front porch (depth of two storey rear extension corrected on north west elevation and 45-degree line from no. 22 as show on amended plan)

Address: 22 Oakley Lane

Recommendation: Objection

The design of the building is over bearing to 24 Oakley Lane

The amount of extension on the existing building is considered to be over development

The nearness of extension to number 24 is considered un-neighbourly and will lead to a loss of light and over shadowing.

 

Application Ref: P18/S2275/FUL

Proposal: Modifications to the approved agricultural barn including a reduction in height, repositioning and retrospective permission for access track.

Recommendation: Objection

Given the intricate and complicated history on this site there is insufficient clarity with this application to make an informed decision. When all of the other matters on this site have been clarified this application could be reconsidered.

Proposal: HH application for full width rear extension at ground floor and half width extension at first floor with associated roof and fenestration alterations. Demolition of existing garage at rear, new 3 bay garage to front and repositioning of existing gates.

Proposal: Change of use of the existing building from an office (B1) to a children's day nursery (D1) at 57 Lower Road. Insertion of internal stud partition wall to grade II Listed portion of the property and minor external works (fencing and landscaping) within the curtilage (amended site / parking plans dated 31-05-18 and 28th June 2018)

8. Planning Matters

8.1 Alleged Breach SE18/376 – erection of fence exceeding 1m in height adjacent to the highway at Well Cottage, Greenwood Avenue - ongoing

8.2 Letter from resident regarding traffic congestion in Chinnor was noted.

8.3 Informal consultation – diversion of footpath 11 – the Stone House (formally New Close Farm) Henton – email from resident regarding this was noted.

8.4 Proposed traffic calming features – Estover Way and Mill Lane – resident response was noted

8.5 OCC Traffic Regulation Notice – Prohibits all motor vehicles - 22nd August – Elm Drive and The Avenue to facilitate micro asphalt surfacing – duration 5 days.

8.6 Letter from resident regarding road safety concerns was discussed – a meeting to try to be arranged with OCC Highways and the resident to discuss the concerns.
