P18/S0144/HH Construction of 3m high board fence at 88 Station Road – Planning officer recommending refusal unless an amended scheme to reduce the impact is submitted. Delay in response but architect now involved again. Decision due end of Feb 2019.
P18/S1004/O Development of 79a-83 and land rear of to provide up to 60 dwellings with associated open space etc at 79a Lower Icknield Way. Planning Officer still waiting on applicant to address transport matters – once received a decision will be made – estimated March 2019.
P18/S1674/O Demolition of existing kennels. Redevelopment of site to provide 5 dwellings with access at Former Forest Glad, now Chinnor Hill Kennels. Planning Officer working towards more secure plans and details relating to levels and impact on trees and landscape. SE18/742 – Doves, Sprigs Alley – caravan being used as a permanent dwelling without permission
